History

Corporation Georgian Wine was established in 1999 year with the status of LTD. The main goal of the company was production and implementation of alcoholic beverages.
The plant is located in Telavi region, village Tsinandali, well known with winemaking. It’s sixteen years since we are producing fine Georgian wines. Modern technological lines, refrigeration systems, wine aging and warehouse represent one complex unit.

In 2015 “Mukuzani 2012” from series “Mikitani” was awarded the Gold Medal on the Mundus Vini Grand International Wine Award 2015 in Germany.
In 2014 “Saperavi 2013” from series “Mikitani” was awarded the Commended on the Decander World Wine Awards 2014 in UK.
In 2014 “Saperavi 2013” from series “Mikitani” got a Certificate for outstanding participation in the trade area of ProWein 2014 in Germany.
In 2013 “Kindzmarauli” from series “Mikitani” was awarded the Gold Medal on the 5th Georgian National Wine Competition.
In 2012 series “Mikitani 2007” got a Certificate for outstanding participation in the trade area of Prowein 2012.
In 2012 “Kindzmarauli” from series “Mikitani” was awarded Medalie de Aur (The Golden Medal) and the Diploma at the Chisnau Wines & Spirits Contest in Moldova.
In 2011, “Kindzmarauli 2007” and “Saperavi 2001-2004” from series “Kakheti” were announced as the Bronze Winners at the Hong Kong International Wine & Spirit Competition in China.
In 2009, on the Second International Wine Award “Kindzmarauli” was awarded the Silver Medal.
In 2008, on Georgia International Wine Award “Saperavi” won the Gold Medal.
In 2008 “Kindzmarauli” wine attained a Diploma at the Second Georgian National Wine Competition.
