We work in an autonomous symbiosis, each according to our own rules. The elements of our symbiosis are review&preview, reality&dreams, inner peace&thirst for action -­ but above all discussion&progress.

Wine since 1800:
In this year, first mention was made of winemaking as the profession and calling of the Gsellmann family. Since then, the knowledge and love of wine have been passed down over many generations. We are fortunate to be able to draw upon our fathers' and mothers' vast wealth of experience. Accordingly, we do not make our mark on our wines -­ the wine has made its mark on us, not the other way around. It tells the tale of those who have contributed to its maturity.

Nature is the measure of all things:
Everything in this world is natural, nevertheless nothing is for granted. Thus we have a keen interest in the great insights of biodynamics, which treat nature with the utmost respect. The methodology: Support versus exploitation. Strengthening the immune system of the plants, the soils and the microorganisms that make our soils fertile. In thanks, nature bestows upon us authentic wines of great finesse. We believe continually expanding our knowledge is vital and being open for doing things that are off the beaten track. We stride onward, but sometimes we stop to gaze into the past, in order to recall the knowledge of those before us. This consideration of things past and future provides us the strength and assurance to take the right steps today.

Shared maturity:
The PANNOBILE group of winemakers from Gols represents a state of mind that matures continually on a diet of communication, discussion and rigour.
Nine winemakersfrom Gols with shared goals: measuring up against the best, benefiting from each other. Providing fascinating quality derived from nature. Demonstrating gratitude for success through social commitment. And not forgetting the most important of all: living :)

Simply bio is too easy:
In 2007 we started with the conversion to biodynamic viticulture. Since 2011, our winery is under the guidelines of "Respect -­ biologically dynamic quality" certified.
