Red Dry Wine
First Year of Production: 1999 and First Year of Bottling: 2001.
Vinification: Classical red vinification which lasts 10-12 days.
Aging: In oak barrels for 12 months.
Wine Characteristics: A wine with deep, ruby-red colour. Prominent aromas, fresh red fruits and sweet spices; its taste is full and velvety with delicate oaky hints.
Accompanies: Red meat and cheese.
Variety: 100% Agiorgitiko
Area of Cultivation: Nemea
Harvest: 20th of September
To be served at: Room temperature, 16° – 18°C
