DESCRIPTION:
Carefully selected grapes from Cubillas de Santa Marta. After a very controlled temperature fermentation it has been aged in oak barrels for 6 months and resting after in bottle.

TASTING NOTES:
Sight: Intense dark purple hues; Very covered layer, clean and bright.

Smell: It is complex, with fruit ripe red and black (mulberry, blackberry and plum). Spicy black pepper and menthol notes (thyme and lavender). Roasted and liquorice background.

Mouth Feel: Pleasant backbone of sweet tannins, balanced with the alcohol. Very long harmonious and persistent final.
