DESCRIPTION:
Carefully selected grapes from Valbuena de Duero and Olivares de Duero. After a very controlled temperature fermentation it has been aged in new oak barrels for 3 months and resting after in bottle.

TASTING NOTES:
Sight: Deep purple colour, clean and bright.

Smell: On the nose it is complex, with an excellent harmony between its aromas (red anc black fruit like strawberrry and cherry) with coffee, liquorice and vanilla.

Mouth Feel: On the palate it is a well structured wine, with medium tannins. Fruity sensations with new wood hints. Smooth and lingering finish
