PRODUCTION AREA: Vino de la Tierra de Castilla

GRAPE VARIETY: Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo, Alicante Bouschet, Syrah and Petit Verdot, in proportions that vary from one year to another in terms of the characteristics of the crop.

CULTIVATION SYSTEM: Organic Farming —EC Control System.

CERTIFIED ORGANIC BY: Sohiscert.

SOIL: Sandy soil with a limestone base.

VINIFICATION: Production in traditional winery with controlled fermentation temperature, with frequent over pumping and average maceration. Matured in oak barrels.

TASTING NOTES: Expressive nose of prune, raisins, black pepper, candied cherry and well-integrated oak. Mouth-coating attack unveiling supple tannins, good acidity, flavours of ripe black fruits (blueberries, blackberries) and grilled meat.

TEMPERATURE FOR SERVING: Recommended temperature 15-18°C.

GASTRONOMIC RECOMMENDATIONS: Serve with roasts.
