Falerio dei Colli Ascolani.
A beautiful clear strawy yellow colour, delicately perfumed with a pleasant, not too dry taste, moderately acid. Alcohol content 11.5%. Those who say they don't like white wines usually change their minds at first taste. An impeccable companion to fish and hors d'oeuvres. The grapes used in its production are the Tuscan Trebbiano, Passerina and Pecorino in small percentage, cultivated on the gentle slopes around Ascoli and Fermo. This wine has a great historical tradition, coming back to the Roman empire , the wine of this province was already famous. The production area defined by the Falerio Doc covers almost all the wine-growing area of the province of Ascoli Piceno.Vine variety : Trebbiano , small quantity of passerina and Pecorine vine varieties.

Color : pale yellow , with greenish highlights.
To the smell : green apples with scent of wildflower.
Vinification : soft pressing with controlled temperature fermentation and used selected yeast. Refinement in bottle :30-60 days.
Ideal temperature of serving :11-12 degrees , Ideal serving in Tulip glass.
Food match : thanks to its freshness , this wine matches perfectly with the seafood entrees , clams , shellfish and all the fish courses. Possible the combination with the white meat undercooked , amazing as Aperitif.
