Vinification: The “free run” wine Debina remains in French oak barrels at our Zitsa cellar for at least 6 months in order to acquire the characteristic aroma and palate of “smoked” white wine.
Average Annual Production: 4000 bottles
Wine Characteristics: Vivid citrus-yellow colour, apple, pear with vanilla and spices (from aging) aroma, full, balanced mature palate.
Accompanies: Quality fish, smoked fish, oysters, smoked and creamy cheese, pork.
