Vineyard: Aspra Homata (White Soil), 15.000 sqr meters at an altitude of 500 m where Malagouzia is cultivated.
Ground: Sloping and Limestone.
Climate: Continental with mild winters and cool summers.
Harvest: First fortnight of September.
Vinification: The two grape varieties, with a yield of 700 kilos per 1000 sqm, are harvested and vinified simultaneously at fermentation temperature 15°-16 °C.
Average Annual Production: 14,000 bottles.
First Year of Release: 2008.
Wine Characteristics: Pearl colour, with aromas of exotic fruits, with hints of vanilla tea. Vivid flavour with lasting finish.
Accompanies: Fish, lobster, shrimp and roasted white meat.
Varieties: Malagouzia and Debina
To be served: Chilled at 8°-10°C
