Vinification: The marc stay in the must for aroun 4-5 hours in order to give the rosé colour to the wine.
Wine Characteristics: Light rosé with violet nuances. Aromas of rose, pomegranate and wild strawberry. Fresh with a rich palate.
Accompanies: White meat, pasta, pies, fish, oysters and seafood.
Variety: Authentic Rosé Wine made by the red variety Syrah
