Eternal Land (Αpeiros Hora) White
White Dry Wine
Vinification: Pre-fermented cold-extraction at 8° – 10°C. The fermentation takes place at 15-17°C after static debourbage and addition of selected yeast to the must.
Average Annual Production: 20.000 bottles.
First Year of Release: 2006.
Wine Characteristics: Refreshing aroma of citrus tree blossoms and of fruits such as apple, pine-apple, peach. Round palate, rich in impressions with duration and aftertaste.
Accompanies: Fish, oysters, white meat and generally light dishes.
Varieties: 60% Debina and 40% Sauvignon Blanc
Harvest: End of August – End of September
To be served at: Room temperature, 8°-10°C
