Tsipouro Grande Reserve
The mountainous micro-climate of Epirus, the scrutinizing selection of fermented Debina variety grapes and the mastery in distillation, comprise the secrets of the aging of the Grande Réserve Tsipouro.
It takes two years of maturing in French oak barrels to achieve the complex aromatic character of the distillate. Rich aromas of honey, coffee, chocolate, quince and vanilla together with the characteristic soft and lasting aftertaste describe the Grande Réserve tsipouro produced by Domaine Glinavos.
It is served chilled or on the rocks.
