Tsipouro Reserve is produced from the white local variety Debina. The fermentation of the de-stemmed grape marc takes place in such a way, that the original flavours of the grape variety are retained. The distillation of wine with the marc takes place in ideal conditions, in order to give a distillate with fine flavours and soft taste.
Tsipouro Reserve accompanies all delicacies and dainties and is best stored and served direct from the freezer, in a suitable small glass.
