Vinification: The de-stemmed grapes are vinified in special reservoirs. This way the wine acquires body and the aroma and taste sensation characteristics of the traditional wine of Zitsa. The second fermentation in closed reservoirs enriches it with natural carbonate.
First Year Released: 1979.
Average Annual Quantity: 13.000 bottles.
Wine Characteristics: Colour of wild strawberry with cognac tints, savory aroma with nuances of spices and ripe grapes which make it even more savory, with thousands of bubbles.
Accompanies: Pies, pizza, snacks, grilled meat, even light sauces and pasta.
Varieties: 90% Debina, 10% Vlahiko and Bekari
Harvest: 20 – 30 of September
