Vinification: It matures in French oak barrels for at least 18 months at our Zitsa cellar.
Average Annual Production: 3500 - 4800 bottles.
First Year of Launch: 1996.
Wine Characteristics: Deep red colour, sour cherry, dry fruit and vanilla aroma, full crisp palate.
Accompanies: Dishes with sauce, pasta, pies, game and a large variety of cheese.
Varieties: The 2 red varieties of Ioannina: Vlahiko and Bekari, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot of Epirus
Harvest: End of September
