Red Dry Wine

Vinification: The de-stemmed grapes are kept at a low temperature 8° – 10°C for 3-4 days. Then the temperature rises and the fermentation commences. Highest temperature of fermentation: 28 °C. After 8-10 days the wine acquires a deep-red colour, smooth full taste and the original flavour of the grapes. Each variety is vinified separately. It matures for 8 – 10 months in mostly new French oak barrels.

First Year of Production: 2006.

Wine Characteristics: The two varieties of this wine and its maturation in oak barrels give it its special aroma: a bouquet of dried red fruits, vanilla, coconut and cherry.
Accompanies: Dishes with sauce, game and spicy cheese.
